How Vapor-Static Extraction Works

Our patented solventless technology offers superior extraction efficiency by producing a high purity oil from dried biomass. Vapor-Static oil needs minimal post processing in order to be made into distillate or isolate. Compared to traditional commercial biomass extraction technologies such as ethanol or CO2, each kilogram of Vapor-Static oil is significantly less expensive to produce.

THE PROCESS

Vapor-Static Cannabis Extraction Biomass Processing

STEP 01

Biomass is fed continuously into the extraction module's heated air stream where the cannabinoids are vaporized.

STEP 02

The vapor is then shock-cooled into a non-coalescing fog within the water module where water-soluble compounds and a significant amount of lipids are removed.

STEP 03

Next, the fog is returned to a liquid state as a clean, cannabinoid-rich oil within the electrostatic precipitator module

Premium Quality Crude CBD Crude THC Oil Production

STEP 04

The pure, solventless Vapor-Static oil is then collected and pumped from the system for immediate use or distillation.

Going from solventless Vapor-Static crude to pure distillate or isolate requires significantly less post-processing compared to ethanol or CO2.
