Hydrocarbon Extraction

5.HX Craft Scale Hydrocarbon

Introducing the 5.HX, a premier closed-loop, passive recovery hydrocarbon extractor, designed to process up to 5 lbs. of live/cured biomass per cycle.

This advanced system is fully jacketed with internal temperature sensors and C1D1 compliant tablet control for unmatched precision, allowing temperatures to drop as low as -60°C. The seamless in-line CRC, equipped with a 30 lbs. stainless steel jacketed surge tank, facilitates uninterrupted processing. The system's horizontal tube-in-shell condenser, with molecular sieves, is perfect for processing fresh biomass efficiently. Solvent usage can be meticulously monitored and displayed on an explosion-proof tablet via integrated load sensors.

Engineered and assembled in the USA, every system represents a commitment to unparalleled quality, supported by a lifetime steel warranty.
